SEO esettanulmány

Background

It is a UNAS web store, where the owner knows nothing about online marketing and Google Ads advertising management. Only one automatic smart campaign was running when we took over the account. Of course, we didn’t have any measurements or data about the account.

Work

The job is with the connection of analytics and conversion settings and started by setting up the appropriate configurations. Since there was no Merchant Center either, we created it as well and got an opportunity for feed-based ad serving. Unfortunately, it was very difficult with the client: I had to constantly teach the basic concepts, the operation, and unfortunately his nature was also hostile throughout. He was a little poet, but we put in a lot of work to prove it!

Result

The smart campaigns ran until March and there is limited data for this period, but as soon as we took over the account in March, we were able to measure ROAS. As you can see on the PPC dashboard, the initial ROAS of 7.3 was raised to 24.4 by July.

The former 300-400 monthly clicks increased to over 2700 by July. It’s true that we started to increase spending, but we saw that the return was improving, so we managed to convince the client to invest more. The number of monthly purchases increased from 29 to 139 by July. The account has been activated and the sky is the limit!

What did the customer do for this in July? He terminated the contract on the grounds that it was unprofitable 😮 and he was not satisfied with our work. If you are satisfied with these numbers, contact us! 🙂

A lesson

From the beginning, we put a lot of work into this project to prove that better results can be achieved with an automatic smart campaign. The results were beautiful and there was so much more potential in this account. But if the owner makes a “loss” from such numbers, there may be serious problems in the background…
