adops digitalOnline Marketing Audit & Consulting
75+ page online marketing audit
We audit 13 areas from your website to your ads. From real data, real conclusions. An independent view – not from your agency's perspective.
If any of these sound familiar, this service is for you.
"We pay the agency, but don't see real results."
Monthly reports always show nice numbers. But what percentage of the budget is actually being wasted – that’s rarely something anyone shows you.
"I can't tell whether they're doing a good job."
You have no baseline for comparison. The agency says everything is fine – but how would you know if that’s true? An independent audit answers that.
"We spend on multiple channels, but I don't see the full picture."
SEO, Google Ads, Meta, social – each may look fine individually, but do they work together? Who looks at the system as a whole?
What Is an Online Marketing Audit?
The 360° Marketing Audit is a comprehensive, data-driven review that shows you exactly what is happening with your business’s online marketing.
We don’t hand out free advice. We look at your actual Google Analytics data, ad accounts, organic traffic, website technical health, measurement infrastructure, and competitors – and we show you what works, what doesn’t, and what is costing you money unnecessarily.
The result is a 75–100+ page professional document, a prioritised action list and a personal consultation – so whether you continue working with us or not, you will know exactly what the next step is.
Important: This is not a generic checklist. Every audit is built on the actual data of the specific company, and only covers in detail those areas where there are meaningful findings.
We analyse your marketing across 13 areas
Most agencies only see their own area of expertise. We look at the whole picture – and show you where the connections lie.
0. Executive Summary
A one-page overview of the full audit for decision-makers: the 10 most critical findings, a "traffic light" rating by area, and estimated annual losses / opportunities in numbers.
1. Measurement Infrastructure
GA4 setup quality, conversion tracking completeness, Google Tag Manager audit, Meta Pixel + CAPI, and – what most agencies skip – server-side tagging review (GA4 SST, Google Ads Enhanced Conversions). Their absence typically causes 15–40% data loss – which directly degrades Smart Bidding performance.
2. Website Technical Audit
Core Web Vitals, page speed, crawlability, indexing, structured data (Schema), security headers, URL structure, on-page elements – with an itemised error list. + If Hotjar/Clarity is in place: heatmap and session recording analysis.
3. SEO Audit
Organic traffic trends, keyword rankings, backlink profile, content gaps. Google Business Profile (GMB) audit: profile completeness, reviews, local keywords, competitive position in local search. Plus: AEO/GEO review – how your site appears in AI-powered search results (AI Overview, Perplexity, ChatGPT).
4. Google Ads Audit
Campaign structure, Quality Score, ROAS/CPA, keyword management, negative keywords, ad extensions, Smart Bidding evaluation. We show you where budget is being wasted unnecessarily.
5. Meta / Social Ads Audit
Pixel and CAPI event measurement, campaign structure, targeting, remarketing strategy, creative performance, ad fatigue analysis, funnel coverage.
6. Organic Social Media
Platform presence, engagement rate benchmarks, content mix – compared against competitors.
7. Email Marketing & EDM
(if relevant)
List quality, campaign performance, automations, segmentation, GDPR compliance.
8. Competitor Analysis
Top 3–5 competitors' digital presence, organic vs. paid strategy comparison, Share of Voice – and a chapter most audits skip: pricing and positioning benchmark.
9. SWOT + Priority Matrix
Every finding backed by data, organised into strategic directions.
10. Strategic Recommendations
Quick wins (0–30 days), short-term (1–3 months), medium and long-term. Each recommendation includes expected impact and implementation difficulty.
11. Prioritised Action List (Excel)
Every task: priority, type (quick win / complex), estimated implementation time, owner. Ready to use immediately with any agency or internal team.
12. Gantt Schedule
A visual 12-week action plan for the first steps.

4. Document, Action List and Gantt Handover
You receive the full audit material, the prioritised task list and the schedule.
5. Closing Presentation & Q&A (60–90 min)
We review the findings live, answer questions, and help define the specific next steps.
How much does it cost?
Full price of the service:
490,000 HUF + VAT
If you continue working with us, the audit fee is credited. The audit is therefore not an additional expense, but the entry point to our collaboration.
In the audits we conduct for medium-sized businesses, we identify on average 150,000–400,000 HUF/month in unnecessary Google Ads spend. Measurement errors (missing server-side tagging, incorrect conversion tracking) cause 15–40% data loss – which directly degrades Smart Bidding optimisation.
You pay once. The results are felt long-term.
This is not a template. My name is on it.
I prepare the 360° Marketing Audit personally – with the involvement of at most one senior colleague. It doesn’t go to a junior, it isn’t built from a template, and we don’t outsource it.
What you get is not a generic template, but something prepared by someone who knows exactly what a large-scale ad account, a serious SEO project, and a complete digital marketing system look like from the inside – on both the agency and the client side.
I put my name on the audit. That’s the guarantee.
Zoltán Csentes – CEO, AdOps Digital
"I have been working in online marketing for over 20 years. I started my career at Extreme Digital in 2004, then worked at Index.hu (6 years), RTL Hungary (3 years) and Omnicom Media Group (4 years) in AdOps and SEO management roles. During this time, I worked on the marketing of companies such as Renault, Nissan, UPC, K&H and McDonald's. I have been running a marketing agency since 2021."
“It is successful clients that make you an expert – not calling yourself one.”

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes – and it is most valuable precisely in this situation. The audit represents your interests, not your agency’s. The results help you decide whether to continue the collaboration, and if so, what needs to change.
Yes, this is one of the most common use cases. Many of our clients use the audit as a basis for a constructive conversation with their current partner – and this document, backed by real data, provides a strong negotiating foundation.
Google Analytics 4 (read access), Google Search Console, Google Ads (read access), Meta Business Manager. An NDA can be signed; data is used solely for the audit.
7–10 working days from when we receive access. The full process (consultation + audit + closing meeting) is typically completed within 3–4 weeks.
No problem. The audit is a complete product in its own right – the document and action list can be implemented with any other agency or internal team. We do not tie the audit to any further collaboration.
The audit’s pricing and depth is optimal for businesses with annual revenue above 50 million HUF. For smaller businesses, we recommend our other services.
