In accordance with REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data, as well as on the repeal of Regulation 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter: “GDPR”), on the following legal grounds and for the following purposes, the website users and users of services, as well as subscribers to newsletters are processed (hereinafter collectively: Users) the data provided.

Purpose of data management: Marketing inquiries, sending information about the latest posts, services, and news.
Legal basis for data management: consent of the User according to Article 6 (1) point a) of the GDPR.

RIGHT TO CORRECTION

RIGHT TO CANCELLATION
The User has the right to request the deletion of personal data managed by the data manager, if he has withdrawn his consent, the contractual relationship has ended and the deletion does not cover documents that the data manager must keep according to legal requirements. In the latter case, personal data cannot be deleted.
RIGHT TO LIMIT DATA PROCESSING
The data controller is obliged to limit personal data in the case of the User’s request. If it can be assumed that the deletion would harm the legitimate interests of the User based on the information available to us, in that case the personal data must be restricted. It must be treated as restricted data as long as the data management purpose or legitimate interest exists, which precluded the deletion of personal data.
RIGHT TO DATA PORTABILITY
The User can ask the data manager to view the data processed for him or her on a data medium or on paper.
RIGHT TO WITHDRAW CONTRIBUTION
THE USER HAS THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW THE CONTRIBUTION TO DATA MANAGEMENT AT ANY TIME, IN WHICH CASE THE DATA PROVIDED WILL BE DELETED FROM OUR SYSTEMS.
ENFORCEMENT OF RIGHTS
If we have violated a legal provision regarding data management, or if we have not fulfilled one of your requests, you can initiate the investigation procedure of the National Data Protection and Freedom of Information Authority (address: 1530 Budapest, Pf.: 5., e-mail: ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu) in order to terminate alleged illegal data management.
The User can enforce his rights in court based on Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code.
OTHER PROVISIONS
The Data Controller reserves the right to unilaterally modify this Data Management Information Sheet outside the scope of the legal basis and purpose of the data management and the data managed. The amendment enters into force on the day of its publication on https://ad-ops.hu.
This Data Management Notice shall enter into force on 01/20/2026.
