Project details

Background:

A Czech webshop network is trying to launch an online store in Hungary. The client approached us for link building, but we informed them that link building is just one aspect of SEO. As a result, we obtained permission to also optimize the content.

Work:

Based on keyword research, we identified important keywords and made menu usage suggestions. The most important category pages were optimized. Fortunately, we gained access to the online platform of the webshop, which expedited the work. Additionally, we conducted premium link building.

Results:

As seen in the images, the store’s organic traffic is steadily and healthily increasing. The site remained unaffected by major Google algorithm updates (despite a record number occurring last year). The average position has improved from 25 to 10.2. The store not only appears for more keywords in searches but also continues to climb in the TOP3 positions.

Lesson Learned:

Link building yields significant results only when the website is technically and content-wise sound. Consistent and persistent effort can quickly establish market leadership!
